DANCE AGAINST DOMESTIC VIOLENCE is a not for profit organisation established to raise funds for, and awareness of, domestic violence services through dance events.
Social dances nationwide... dance studios, schools, community groups, workplaces, clubs, pubs... anyone and everyone can organise a dance event in an effort to support victims of domestic violence, encourage healthy realtionships between men and women, show that you care about the millions of people this abuse affects, and in having a fun time dancing, raise much needed funds for domestic violence services in Australia.
Whatever your dance of choice... ball room, rock and roll, swing, salsa, hip hop, ballet, jazz, line dancing, rap, disco... a country barn dance or a black tie ball... any dance whatsoever, it does not matter how we dance against domestic violence it only matters that we do.
